Parent prisoners are less likely to re-offend if they stay in touch with their children
Parent prisoners who stay in touch with their children are less likely to re-offend after release, according to a new report from the Department of Justice. The DOJ is calling on the government to keep families together to avoid children being sent into care. Today reporter Sanchia Berg reports. We also hear from the report鈥檚 author, Lord Farmer.
