Are Sudan's military finally going to step aside for a civilian administration?

Sudanese protestors have again gathered in large numbers outside the military's headquarters in Khartoum to try to persuade the country's military rulers to hand over to a civilian administration. The main stumbling block in negotiations is the number of solders and civilians on the transitional council. Newsday's James Copnall has been speaking to one of the members of the ruling military council, Lt Gen Salah Abdelkhalek. He first asked if there were any red lines in the talks.
