'War footing' needed on climate change

Ed Miliband leads the launch of a new environmental justice commission

The Institute of Public Policy Research launches its new Environmental Justice Commission today. The co-chair, former Labour leader Ed Miliband, tells Today that the government needs to be on a "war footing" to tackle climate change.
