Survivors against Corroboration

A group of survivors of child sex abuse say they want to try again where others failed, in scrapping the need of corroboration in criminal cases in Scotland. The feature is unique to Scots law and means two separate sources of evidence are required to back up an allegation before a case can go to trial. The survivors spoke to Connor Gillies about their experience.
