A bill aiming to seek another extension to Brexit was passed through the Commons last night by just one vote. We hear reaction from Labour's shadow attorney general Baroness Shami Chakrabarti and MP Jess Phillips; England's Health Secretary Matt Hancock, Tory MP Ken Clarke; and Austria's foreign minister Karin Kneissl.
