The field of Democratic candidates to run against President Donald Trump in the US 2020 election is starting to take shape. One man who knows the Democrats better than most is Rahm Emanuel, President Barack Obama's former chief of staff for two years and Mayor of Chicago for the last eight. He spoke to Today about leadership in global cities, Trump and why UK and US politics are "cracking" apart.
