A prenatal test which can detect Down's syndrome will be available on the NHS in England. The test is known as NIPT - non invasive prenatal testing - and has been available on the open market since 2012. It's not as accurate for rarer conditions, and according to an influential medical think tank it's being used inappropriately. Today programme's Charlotte Hayward reports.
