One of the world's biggest football clubs Manchester United sacked their manager Jose Mourinho - a big decision for any team in any part of the world.
Yet for a club like Manchester United, removing a coach not only creates problems on the pitch, but as the club trades on the New York Stock Exchange, it could affect their balance books too.
Doctor Rob Wilson, a lecturer in sport management at Sheffield Hallam University, says the club needs to change to catch its rivals.
