An online petition by staff at the fashion chain Ted Baker claims there is a culture of "forced" hugs. We speak to two employees about the allegations. Ted Baker says it is critically important that staff feel valued and respected at work, and "hugs have become part of the culture, but are absolutely not insisted upon."
