Russia has sparked anger and protests after capturing three Ukrainian naval vessels
Tensions between Russia and Ukraine have escalated after Russian forces captured three naval ships in the Kerch Strait, off the Crimean Peninsula. Oleksii Makeiev, political director of Ukraine's foreign ministry says they are considering martial law as "a short term measure".
