This series follows top flight football club West Ham United Women鈥檚 team and their 18-year-old Managing Director Jack Sullivan.

As women鈥檚 football explodes into the mainstream in the run-up to next summer鈥檚 World Cup, Jack鈥檚 dad David Sullivan, one of the richest men in Britain and the joint-Chairman of West Ham United, has tasked Jack with transforming the fortunes of the women鈥檚 team.

Filming on and off the pitch, with episodes released as the 2018/19 season progresses, the series follows the progress of the squad as they debut in the all-new, fully professional Women鈥檚 Super League, competing at the highest level of the women鈥檚 game against some of the toughest teams in the world.

Jack鈥檚 first full-time job since leaving school at 16 sees him bringing together a squad of 18 outspoken, powerful women, overseeing a million pound budget, and trying to raise the profile of a growing sport often dismissed and derided by male fans. With exclusive access to the club, players and backroom staff, as well as to Jack and his larger-than-life family, this revealing and inspiring behind-the-scenes story discovers just what it takes to be a professional female footballer in today鈥檚 game, and whether a loveable but inexperienced teenager can change the face of women鈥檚 football.

While Jack rolls up his sleeves to organise a publicity stunt that he hopes will boost ticket sales, 19-year-old striker Leanne Kiernan is getting used to living in the big city and playing for a Super League club. As the team face their first battles on the pitch, will Jack鈥檚 newly formed squad sink or swim?
