Today investigates how 'settlement agreements' are being used when staff leave the NHS

NHS England鈥檚 independent whistleblowing body, the National Guardian鈥檚 Office, has announced a taskforce to look into settlement agreements - contracts signed by staff leaving an organisation which contain confidentiality clauses. Today reporter Cristina Criddle has been investigating how they are currently being used.
