North Korea: Sexual violence against women is 'commonplace'
Sexual violence against women in North Korea is so common that it has become part of everyday life, according to Human Rights Watch. Defectors interviewed by the campaign group spoke of unwanted sexual contact and violence by men in positions of power, which went unpunished.
