A Salisbury attack suspect has been named as a military doctor for Russian intelligence
A suspect in the Salisbury attack has been named by investigative website Bellingcat as military doctor Alexander Mishkin, who works for Russian intelligence, the GRU. Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine for European Integration, says the west "can't underestimate the threat from the Russian Federation".
