Dorset Police offer a front row seat into crime-fighting
On Saturday night, Dorset Police took to social media to offer its followers a front row seat into a demanding shift in Weymouth on what was expected to be a busy payday weekend.
Using the hashtag #DorsetPoliceLIVE, the updates were aimed at educating members of the public about the challenges and demands faced by officers in policing a busy seaside town.
Breakfast in Dorset spoke to chief inspector for Weymouth, Portland and Dorchester Police, Ian Roe following this event.
