Royals striker Sam Baldock knows the squad need to build on recent victories.

After two victories in their last three league games, Baldock wants the whole squad to push on in the next few weeks.

"We're still focused, still driven," Baldock told 91热爆 Radio Berkshire's Jack Winstanley. "It's not where we want to be.

"We're just determined to get more [victories]."

And Baldock knows just how tricky an opponent Brentford will prove to be.

"It's a hotly competitive division.

"Brentford are a team that have done well, especially at home."
