The chief fire officer in London says nothing could have stopped the fire spreading
Commissioner Dany Cotton told the inquiry that nothing could have stopped the fire spreading.
She acknowledged the London Fire Brigade was aware of the danger of fire spreading on the outside of a building before Grenfell.
