Tips from ex-smokers on how to quit

Rates of smoking are dropping slowly but steadily right across the UK. In a report from Public Health England, over the last seven years smoking prevalence has dropped by a quarter to 15%. Predictions are that within five years, rates could be down to 10%. In Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, smoking rates are a little bit higher but the trends are the same. Six out of ten smokers say they plan to quit. Winifred Robinson talks to listeners who have quit and what quitting techniques they've found successful.
