President Bashar al-Assad's forces are thought to be preparing a major offensive on Idlib, the country's last major rebel stronghold, despite international condemnation. Jan Egeland, who chairs the UN task force on humanitarian access in Syria, says a resolution to the conflict "doesn't have to end in a bloodbath".
