Eden Project 'spin-off' set for Portland
Ambitious plans to tell the 'story of life' from a Portland site have been in the pipeline since the MEMO and Jurassica projects collaborated their biodiversity and geological ideas last year. The project team estimate that the underground visitor attraction, in tunnels at Albion Stone's Jordan's Mine, would bring 325,000 visitors to the Isle every year. A planning application is expected by the end of 2018.
