Dorset Blind Association celebrates its 100th anniverary
The Dorset Blind Association is celebrating its 100th year, this year.
The charity has been awarded the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, in its centenary, which is the highest award given to local volunteer groups across the UK to recognise outstanding work done in their own communities.
Our reporter Hayley Redmond was invited to its 100th birthday tea party at Lulworth Castle, for the presentation and awards ceremony, where she met some of the volunteers and celebrity patrons.
