To mark the opening of LeBron James' I Promise school for underprivileged children in Akron, CNN broadcast an interview with the basketball legend, to which President Trump replied on Twitter - saying "Lebron James was just interviewed by the dumbest man on television, Don Lemon. He made Lebron look smart, which isn鈥檛 easy to do".

But the First Lady, Melania Trump, supported LeBron in a statement: "It looks like LeBron James is working to do good things on behalf of our next generation."

Sportshour spoke to the interim President of the University of Akron, Dr John Green, who says Melania would be welcome to visit the school and university.
