The US has said it will impose fresh sanctions on Russia after the Salisbury poisoning
The US has said it will impose fresh sanctions on Russia after determining it used a nerve agent against former Russian spy Sergei Skripal. James Clapper, a former director of national intelligence in the US, says Trump's inability to criticise Putin "serves as a cloud over the presidency and the country."
