The German view on Brexit

Theresa May's plan is an "appealing and interesting approach" says German MP Stephan Mayer.

The Foreign Secretary, Jeremy Hunt, will be visiting Germany to discuss Brexit, among other topics. Stephan Mayer, a long-serving German MP from the CSU - sister party to Angela Merkel's Christian Democrats - and state secretary in the German interior ministry, is optimistic about Theresa May's Brexit plan.
