The vote on Heathrow's third runway
Transport Secretary Chris Grayling is optimistic MPs will approve the Heathrow expansion.
It is being described as "the biggest transport decision in a generation" as MPs vote on the planned expansion of Heathrow airport. The Transport Secretary Chris Grayling says he is "cautiously optimistic" he will achieve cross party support, arguing that the third runway is necessary to help the UK compete after leaving the European Union.
