One of the things the Trump White House likes to do is upset liberal opinion as part of an actual policy. But, it seems there are limits. The condemnation of the policy of taking little chilldren away from their parents when they arrived as illegal immigrants on America's southern border was, it seems, a bridge too far. Now, the President has signed a new order which claims to end the separations.
