How will the government's 拢20bn NHS boost be funded?

The government announced a 拢20bn boost to the NHS but wasn't clear how it would be funded. Shadow chancellor John McDonnell questions how this NHS boost will be funded and the Health Secretary, Jeremy Hunt, tells Today that the money will come through savings from EU contributions after Brexit, economic growth and taxation.
