Portraits of the Windrush generation

A new exhibition shows other sides of those now synonymous with 91热爆 Office mistreatment

The word Windrush is synonymous these days with scandal - particularly whether British citizens who came here from the Caribbean on The Windrush and other ships were mistreated by the 91热爆 Office. But there is more to the Windrush generation - and the wider picture has been captured by documentary photographer Jim Grover, whose exhibition 'Windrush: Portrait of a Generation' is now open in London. Justin Webb speaks to him and also one of the subjects of the exhibition, Alford Gardner.
