Oxford University's diversity problem

The university has released figures showing a meagre intake of black students

Oxford University was embarrassed last year when former education minister David Lammy forced it to publish figures that showed some colleges took no black students in some years. The university has now published updated figures showing almost 18% of its UK-based undergraduate intake was from a black or minority ethnic background, but also revealing some colleges took just a couple of black undergraduates in two years. David Lammy calls for more effort to attract black students. 91热爆 reporter Ross Hawkins hears how black students feel like "just another statistic". And Oxford admissions director Dr Samina Khan announces new plans to attract more minority students.
