Emily Clarke works at Wiltshire Police as a PA, and its outside those headquarters in Devizes that she'll be taking on a huge physical challenge this week.

She's cycling the distance between one end of the UK to the other, Lands End to John O'Groats.

And importantly, she's doing this during Mental Health Awareness Week.

With a nervous laugh, told me how she was feeling about the challenge.
