A leading think-tank has warned that the social contract between young and old has broken down.

Former Conservative Minister, Lord David Willetts is Executive Chair of the Resolution Foundation think tank which is calling for all 25-year-olds to be paid 拢10,000 from the state, and for working pensioners to pay more towards the NHS.
