Can diet influence the onset of menopause?
New research suggests that eating lots of refined pasta and rice could cause early menopause in women, while a diet high in oily fish could delay it. Paul Henley speaks to Professor Janet Cade, who co-authored a new study looking at the impact of diet on the menopause.
