Editors challenged over Islamaphobia
National newspaper editors have been challenged by MPs during an inquiry into hate crime.
MPs questioned whether papers were "getting it right". But the editors said they went to a great lengths to avoid contributing to Islamaphobia. Simon Jones reports.
