The NHS is to launch the Windrush 70 awards. The event in Manchester is to celebrate the role of black and minority staff which make up a fifth of the workforce. Many of the first people to work for the organisation arrived in the UK from the Caribbean on the Empire Windrush. Yvonne Coghill is an Equality Director at the NHS and speaks to presenter Dulcie Dixon about her involvement in the awards
