The amount of money spent on agency staff in Gloucestershire's hospitals has more than TRIPLED over the last five years.

The figure includes nurses and locum doctors bought in to cover permanent staff members in their absence.

An investigation by the 91热爆 shows under 拢6 and a half million pounds was spent hiring agency staff across the county in 2012 to 2013... which rose to 拢19 million by 2016-2017.
