Former England goalkeeper Peter Shilton has paid tribute to former Chelsea midfielder Ray Wilkins, who has died aged 61. Wilkins, who also played for Manchester United, AC Milan, Rangers and QPR, was being treated at St George's Hospital in London following a cardiac arrest.

He made 84 appearances for England and captained his country 10 times.

Shilton told 5 live鈥檚 Tony Livesey that Wilkins 鈥渓oved football鈥� and was 鈥渁 leader on and off the pitch鈥�.
