Check yer breests!
This is Nicki and she’s going to show you how to check your breests. To the rest of the world that means breasts. The reasons she cares so much about this is because her mum was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, after doing her own self-exam. If she hadn’t checked, she wouldn’t be around anymore.
Things to look out for include:
• Dimpling, puckering, or bulging of the skin
• An inverted nipple or a nipple that’s changed position
• Redness, soreness, a rash, or swelling
• Leaking fluid from your nipples
Watch Nicki’s demonstration for tips on how to examine your breasts properly!
