Should shock collars be banned in England?
Shock collars, which aim to stop dogs and cats running off, were banned in Wales in 2010, are about to face a similar law in Scotland, and a potential ban in England where a consultation is under way.
Looking at animal rights claims over using the collars, Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn heard from Nathalie Ingham, a canine behaviourist from Battersea Dogs and Cats home - with two rescue dogs Bella and Abbie - plus journalist Quentin Letts, and the SNP's Deidre Brock.
