Black Panther has shattered stereotypes and smashed global box office records. Critics have praised the film for challenging western clich茅s about Africa but a Senegalese filmmaker says African cinema won't benefit from its success.

He wants more recognition for local superheroes like Sandale-man, who fights crime in Senegal thanks to his powerful sandal throw.
