Dany Cotton joined the London Fire Brigade at 18, just a few years after it opened up to women. She has worked her way up to become the first ever female Commissioner, and is now launching a recruitment campaign to attract more young women into the force. Kim Chakanetsa asked Dany, in a year of momentous change for women, what moment changed her the most?
