Immigration debate: 244,000 too high?
Thursday's migration figures showed UK net immigration - the difference between the number of people arriving and those leaving - fell 29,000 in the year to September 2017, and stands currently at 244,000.
Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn got reaction to the statistics from Alp Mehmet, vice-chair of Migration Watch UK, and Faiza Shaheen of the think-tank CLASS.
