The government of Myanmar is taking part in the ethnic cleansing of the Rohingya say MPs
Ethnic cleansing is the greatest crime a government can commit: the mass killing or expulsion of an entire race of people from the country where they have lived all their lives and generations before them. What the government of Myanmar has done to the Rohingya people, according to a committee of MPs, is a classic example of ethnic cleansing. This morning a a Bangladesh government spokesman said it has signed an agreement with Myanmar on what it calls the physical arrangements for their return.
