Caffeine: good or bad?
People around the world enjoy their daily cup of coffee. These days that might mean an extra large soya caramel latte rather than a simple espresso. But is caffeine good or bad for you?
A Health Check listener in France emailed to ask about his extreme reaction to coffee – after avoiding it for years.
So we sent our reporter Alison van Diggelen to talk to Stanford University drug and addiction expert Professor Keith Humphreys and Professor Matthew Walker, who runs a sleep lab in Berkeley, California – a state which just loves its coffee…
