Puerto Ricans plan for a Christmas without power
Three months after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico, about thirty percent of the island is still without electricity, according to the Puerto Rican government. Edmaris Carazo, who writes a blog called Siempre Jueves, explains about what life has been like for her, in San Juan.
