MP wants more time to hold terror suspects
Labour MP John Woodcock is calling for a review of the time that police can hold people who return to the UK after fighting against the nation and backing the so-called Islamic State group in the Middle East.
He told Daily Politics presenter Jo Coburn: "We need to bring in legislation that will give the authorities the time to build that case."
But Liberty director Martha Spurrier said it was not necessary, and it would be "a really dangerous move鈥.
