Wolf Alice chat about joining the 'End the Silence' campaign
More names are being added to the list of supporters of the new charity campaign called 'End the Silence' set up by Hope and 91热爆s for Children.
Hope and 91热爆s for Children works with governments to prevent child abandonment, developing family support services and establishing foster and adoption care networks. Sir Elton John, Ed Sheeran, Mark Ronson, Emeli Sande, Paloma Faith and Paul Weller have all signed up by making exclusive videos on YouTube where they share their most precious childhood songs and memories.
And we can reveal that the latest band on the list is Wolf Alice!
They are currently touring the UK with their second album Visions Of A Life - the follow up to Wolf Alice's 2015 Gold-selling debut album My Love Is Cool, which reached No. 2 in the UK charts and saw them nominated for the Mercury Music Prize, an Ivor Novello Award, a BRIT, a Grammy and take home two NME Awards.
The band are midway through touring the UK with a show in Brighton tonight, then Southampton, Kingston and their biggest headline show at London's Alexandra Palace on 24 November.
Wolf Alice's musical memory is The Horrors 'Death At The Chapel' as Joel from the band told 6 Music Breakfast's Clare Crane.
