Andy Holcroft is head chef at Grub Kitchen, Britain鈥檚 first insect restaurant. Amongst the items on the menu are cricket chocolate chip cookies and a gourmet bug burger.
Andy told 5 live that Western societies are 鈥渢he odd ones out鈥� as 鈥渁round the world, over two billion people eat insects every day.鈥�
