A four-week-old puppy filmed being dragged along the pavement in Gorleston, Norfolk, has been rehomed.

Fatty, a Staffie-type dog, was taken away from her owner after the ordeal in October.

Animal group Broken Halo Rescue says the dog has now found a "forever home".
