EU tightens rules at Schengen border
MEPs have voted for new entry and exit checks for people from outside Europe who are visiting the borderless Schengen passport area.
The aim is to plug a gap in the EU's border security, while the agency Europol will use the new database to identify terrorists and track criminal suspects.
Adam Fleming reports from Strasbourg on how this might affect British people after Brexit.
