Sir David Attenborough on Blue Planet II

Sir David Attenborough discusses the production of the second series of Blue Planet

Almost two thirds of the world is covered in water and yet we know less about our oceans than we do about the surface of the moon.

That perhaps explains the phenomenal success of the Blue Planet documentary, of which the second series is starting on Sunday.

Sir David Attenborough and Orla Doherty, who produced two of the seven programmes in the series, discussed what was achieved in making the documentary and the scale of human impact on the oceans.
